Our clients decided it was time to add onto and completely refresh their home located in the heart of Paradise Valley. AFT Construction was able to provide our clients with the home they envisioned when purchasing the property by completely remodeling the home including completing a 567 square foot addition.
Back in early 2019, we had completed a remodel for our clients that included their kitchen, laundry room, living area, and three bathrooms. A year later, our clients asked us to return and renovate their master bedroom, master bathroom, and pool bath to refresh those areas and carryover the look and feel of the previously renovated areas.
Moving from their suburban home, our clients were ready for the vertical, lock and leave living afforded by their newly constructed Midtown Phoenix brownstone. Not afraid to take on the immense task of designing the residence entirely by themselves, they were able to take the empty shell and create a truly personalized home.
After living in their Paradise Valley home for a few years, our clients decided it was time to not just update the home’s finishes, but also improve the layout and livability. By removing some walls and adding features like a large multi-sliding door and a large covered patio, AFT Construction was able to open up the floor plan and create true indoor/outdoor living.
Our clients were not happy with their existing home’s design and style. They wanted a much brighter and refreshing space. Their main goal was to repaint the entire home, add wood flooring, wall trim, backsplashes, countertops, lighting, plumbing, and cabinet hardware to enhance and upgrade the look and feel of the home.
Our clients wanted to remodel their newly purchased home to both increase its functionality and bring the home up to date with more modern finishes. To accomplish this goal, AFT Construction modified the existing floor plan, removed all existing flooring and shower surrounds, and started from scratch.
Our clients wanted to give a facelift to their mid-1990s kitchen and surrounding rooms that were showing their age. AFT created a more modern and open space by completely remodeling and refreshing the kitchen and adding new elements in the great room such as a new electronic fireplace and multi-sliding door to create an indoor/outdoor living space.
A classic “Love it or List it” scenario, the owners of this residence were torn between selling their home or plan for an extensive remodel. Originally built in 1996, this 2009 square foot home had the common challenges faced in most remodels but the owners had lived in it for 20 years and loved the neighborhood.
