Ground up residential construction with 5,050 livable square feet and 7,072 total square feet under roof. Features include 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, and a teen room.

HIGHLIGHTS
Multi-Sliding Door  – A massive fully automated 26-foot, 5-panel multi-sliding door in the great room creates the perfect indoor/outdoor living space.

Ceilings – The 22-foot ceiling at the front entry creates a grand entrance while the 14-foot ‘X’ patterned ceilings in the kitchen and great room provide stunning detail.

Master Retreat – With an entire end of the house dedicated to the master bedroom and bathroom, the master suite is transformed into a master retreat with plenty of private space and luxury to relieve the stress of the day. Features include a 600-square foot walk-in closet, 12-foot bathroom ceilings, and an over 70-square foot walk-in shower.
