Urban Luxury in Midtown Phoenix

Over 8,400 square feet of luxurious urban living, AFT was challenged to build this into one of Phoenix’s finest residences.

HIGHLIGHTS
Custom Elevator  – The owners wanted the elevator to be wrapped in mirror like one in their favorite hotel. After extensive design appointments and planning an art piece was born.

Spiral Staircase – It was important to the owners to have offices on two floors that were connected with each other. They designed a spiral staircase to be installed in the turret and AFT had to plan how to cut through the steel and block construction.
