PROJECT:
the ROBERT
Chateau on Central | Design Challenge Arizona was a year-long interior design challenge that took three unfinished Chateaus along with three A-List designers to design, build and implement a finished product.
HIGHLIGHTS
Space Planning – With 5 levels to work with, our designer had the unique opportunity to re-create the floor plan for maximum usability.
Unique Challenges – Built of steel and block construction, they had consider the utility and electrical lines when designing with features such as fireplaces or moving bathrooms and other areas where water was needed. They also had to consider the elevator shaft.
Special Features – AFT has the ability to customize even the smallest detail. They worked seamlessly with the designer to hide HVAC registers, electrical outlets, light fixture spacing and many other eye flattering details.
Storage – One of the things most desired in any type of living is a good amount of storage. Through careful planning each level has ample storage and the lower level media room even had room for it’s own private wine cellar.
RESULTS
After 12 months of planning, design, and implementation, Chateau 16 – the Robert – is a beautiful residence that embraces the very essence of Midtown living.
