Tangerine Court Remodel

Our client was seeking to upgrade their recently purchased home in Gilbert.  AFT Construction brought the majority of the home up to date with a new kitchen, laundry room, entry and powder bathroom. New cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, and light and plumbing fixtures were all installed. In addition, new wood flooring was installed throughout the entire first floor and new stair railing replaced the existing.

HIGHLIGHTS
New Kitchen – AFT transformed the existing kitchen by installing a new kitchen island and perimeter cabinets.  Two-tone cabinets were installed to add character to the space. New countertops, decorative light fixtures, and a marble backsplash were installed from counter to ceiling.

New Stairway Railing – A new steel and wood stair railing was installed at the stairway that leads to the second floor. The new railing consists of square steel tubing with stainless steel curved bar accents and a maple wood handrail.

New Flooring and Fixtures – AFT updated the existing bathrooms with new fixtures, finishes and flooring. The laundry room and powder bath received new tile flooring while the rest of the first floor received new light wood flooring.

RESULTS
AFT Construction was able to update this Gilbert residence by refreshing the first floor with an entirely new updated kitchen, new stairway, and new flooring throughout. The end result transformed this house from an outdated design, into a home with a fresh, bright, and airy feel and of course, one happy client.
