Turning an empty shell into a vibrant restaurant & brewery in scottsdale Airpark
State 48 Brewery expanded their restaurant/brewery concept to North Scottsdale and once again selected AFT Construction as their general contractor. Housed in a newly constructed shell building, the new Scottsdale location is approximately 8,000 sf and features a large bar, private party room, and a large selection of craft beers on tap.
In just 4 months, AFT Construction was able to turn an empty shell space into a vibrant restaurant and brewery that will be a great addition to the Scottsdale Airpark.
Outdoor patio
The Lager House features one of the largest outdoor patios in the Scottsdale Airpark with plenty of seating to enjoy the great Arizona weather and watch the sunset light up the McDowell Mountains.
Indoor & outdoor mezzanine
A large mezzanine not only offers additional tables that overlook both the restaurant and the brewhouse, but also provides direct access to an outdoor mezzanine.
The restaurant features two large, 15-foot multi-slide doors that open up to the outdoor patio to create an indoor/outdoor space and provides an abundance of fresh air and natural light.
Custom Artwork
As with the downtown Phoenix location, the owner brought in local artists to create an amazing mural that spans across the entire space and pays tribute to the great state of Arizona.
