PROJECT:
State 48 Brewery DTPHX
State 48 Brewery expanded their restaurant/brewery concept to downtown Phoenix and needed a 8,500+ SF tenant improvement at the historic Welnick Arcade Market and Liefgreen Seed Company building. They wanted a truly urban space that reflected the downtown and city life where people could meet for locally brewed beer and a great meal.
HIGHLIGHTS
Bar – The heart of the restaurant features a large U-shaped bar that offers plenty of seating and is home to 60 beer taps.
Mezzanine – Our client wanted to have an upper-level mezzanine overlooking the entire restaurant as well as provide patrons with a direct view into the brewhouse.
Private Party Room – The restaurant features a private room that can be reserved for private parties or special gatherings with family and friends.
Custom Artwork – To give the space an authentic urban look and feel, our client engaged local artist, Leila Parnian, to paint graffiti-style murals throughout the restaurant.
Brewhouse – The space houses a full brewhouse complete with canning capabilities to allow our client to brew, can, and distribute their beer.
RESULTS
AFT repurposed and refurbished space in a historic building and created a lively, urban, and unique brewery restaurant for State 48 Brewery to serve Downtown Phoenix.
