Silverleaf Remodel

Partially out of desire and partially out of necessity, our clients wanted to give their home a refresh with updated finishes to give their home a more current feel. AFT Construction was able to accomplish this goal by renovating the master bedroom, master bathroom, master closets, hall, gym, living room, upper-level guest wing, upper-level laundry room, elevator, main-level powder bath, main-level laundry room, office, family room, kitchen, lower-level wine room, garage, and the guest casita.

HIGHLIGHTS
Master Bathroom – The master bathroom received a complete refresh. New tile flooring throughout the bathroom includes a herringbone pattern insert that leads you from the entrance to the new freestanding his and her bathtubs. The shower received all new tile and a completely new shower system including multiple shower heads and steam generator. New countertops, refinished cabinetry, and new venetian plaster complete the beautiful new spa-like master bathroom.

New Flooring – New wood flooring was installed in various places throughout the home to give the home an updated look including in the master bedroom, gym, office, hallways, family room, and the guest casita.

Refreshed Powder Bathrooms – Among the more drastic changes were the main lower level and upper level powder bathrooms where each bathroom was completely gutted and redone. The lower powder bath features unique triangular tile wainscot and backsplash with a backlit mirror.

New Details Throughout – All new white venetian plaster was applied throughout the house giving the house a brighter, modern look and feel; reclaimed wood was used to create a unique accent wall in the sitting room; a completely new elevator cab and interior finish was installed; and new paint completed the refresh.

RESULTS
AFT Construction was able to deliver on our clients’ goal of updating the look and feel of their home while also providing unique features and luxury amenities.
