Orange Tree Plaza

After acquiring and owning Orange Tree Plaza for a few years, our client hired AFT to give the shopping center a much-needed facelift.

 

HIGHLIGHTS

Out with the Old – The original design featured staggered fascia popouts, which gave the exterior a dated look and feel. AFT updated the look by removing the popouts in favor of straight, modern lines.

Industrial Steel – To add to the modern, industrial look, AFT installed steel canopies, awnings, and perforated sign frames.

Paint and Finishes – To complete the facelift, stone veneer and Trex composite decking was installed on the exterior and all the buildings received new paint featuring more modern colors.

 

RESULTS

By completing the exterior facelift, AFT was able to bring new life to Orange Tree Plaza. Our clients now have a commercial property that will serve them well into the future.
