PROJECT:
North Scottsdale Remodel
Our clients wanted to give a facelift to their mid-1990s kitchen and surrounding rooms that were showing their age. AFT created a more modern and open space by completely remodeling and refreshing the kitchen and adding new elements in the great room such as a new electronic fireplace and multi-sliding door to create an indoor/outdoor living space. This custom remodel in Scottsdale came out perfectly.
HIGHLIGHTS
Refreshed Kitchen – AFT gutted the old kitchen and installed all new cabinets, quartz countertops, mosaic glass backsplash, and a new, larger kitchen island with seating.
Great Room – AFT removed the wall separating the kitchen and great room to create an open concept space. The addition of the multi-sliding door created an indoor/outdoor living space adding to the new open, airy feeling of the home. An electric fireplace was installed in the great room, transforming a bland wall into the focal point of the room.
Grand Entry – The home originally had a solid wood tambour entry door that lacked the curbside “wow” factor. AFT installed a 7′ x 10′ custom metal, arched entry door with Water Flemish glass inserts. What was once an afterthought is now a stunning first impression.
RESULTS
The clients wanted to refresh their mid-1990s home with new, modern styling. AFT delivered by completely transforming the kitchen, great room, and entry door.
