PROJECT:
Midtown Phoenix Transitional
Attracted by a more urban, downtown lifestyle, our clients traded their suburban home for a Midtown Phoenix brownstone. Utilizing a mix of design styles, this transitional home has our clients excited to experience downtown living.
HIGHLIGHTS
Kitchen/Dining – Unique features and details abound in the second-floor kitchen and dining areas. Highlights include the brick walls, built-in banquet seating at the dining table, large eat-in kitchen island with specifically designed face-to-face seating, a unique set of six pendant lights above the dining table, and the standout feature – the copper range hood and accompanying copper sinks.
Ceiling Details – While there are plenty of design touches at eye level, one would be remiss not to look up to notice some ceiling details. The second-floor ceiling features beams that span the entire length of the ceiling, while the fourth floor features a coffered ceiling that adds plenty of architectural detail to the room.
Entertaining Space – The fourth-floor entertaining space features a wet bar/kitchenette with a wine fridge, icemaker, dishwasher drawer, copper bar sink, quartz countertops, and ample cabinet storage. The fourth-floor terrace offers a tree-top view of the cityscape. An additional wine room off the first-floor office provides any enthusiast endless tasting opportunities.
RESULTS
AFT Construction was able to transform this empty shell into a fabulous home featuring plenty of unique features that our clients will enjoy for many years as they embark on their new downtown life.
