PROJECT:
Coronado Inspired
This new home located in Gilbert was the last one built in it’s subdivision. With 2,900 SF, the owners felt that the home was very bare inside without any high-end finishes and they wanted to bring it to life for their growing family. The challenge was a tight timeline to get all of the custom renovations completed.
HIGHLIGHTS
Textures – AFT brought in textural elements throughout the home including accent walls in reclaimed and white-washed brick, reclaimed barn wood, painted wainscotting and tile work.
Architecture – The use of custom barn doors and reclaimed wood shelving added a personal touch and enhanced the architecture of the home.
Color Palette – This growing family wanted a relaxing yet elegant space that is perfect for their active family. A lighter palette allowed them to bring in light and served as a backdrop to the colorful array of children’s art and everyday creativity.
