Circle G at The Highlands Remodel

Our clients wanted to remodel their newly purchased home to both increase its functionality and bring the home up to date with more modern finishes. To accomplish this goal, AFT Construction modified the existing floor plan, removed all existing flooring and shower surrounds, and started from scratch. AFT installed a brand-new kitchen, fully renovated all bathrooms and living spaces, and installed new flooring throughout the home.

HIGHLIGHTS
New Kitchen – AFT modified the existing living room into a spectacular new kitchen with all new white cabinets, a large kitchen island, quartz countertops, and all new appliances. The existing kitchen was converted into a butler’s pantry offering plenty of storage space and an additional prep and cooking area.

Family Room – AFT installed new light-colored wood flooring along with a new large built in entertainment center. With this space right off the kitchen it is certain to become the hub of the home for both family and guests.

New Bathrooms – AFT updated all of the existing bathrooms with new quartz countertops, tile flooring, tile showers, and new fixtures.

RESULTS
The clients wanted to refresh their home with new and modern finishes, as well as increased functionality. AFT Construction delivered by constructing a new kitchen, updating the bathrooms, and installing new flooring throughout the home.
