Chateau on Central – Residence 14-15

The owners of this property purchased two adjoining residences at Chateau on Central and combined them to create a stunning “double mansion.”

HIGHLIGHTS
Entertainer’s Dream  – The residence has three kitchens and multiple floors of entertaining space including an outdoor patio and 12-seat movie theater on the top floor.

Challenges – Combining two residences into one took a lot of planning and a number of saw blades to cut through the brick wall between the two residences.

Water Features  – There are a total of three “waterfall” features in the residence with one at levels one, two, and three.
