Chateau on Central Model Refresh

It was time to update and breathe new life into one of the existing models at Chateau on Central. Working with an interior design firm and the Chateau sales team, AFT came up with design to provide a more modern and open feel to the residence.

HIGHLIGHTS
Upgraded Facelift – AFT installed new wood flooring throughout the entire residence. New stair railing was installed and walls were removed to open up each floor and stairway. The house was freshly painted white to make the home feel brighter and more welcoming.

Open Floorplan – Many of the walls in the stairways and hallways were removed to open up the residence. The first floor saw major renovations as the entry increased in size for better capacity.

Unique Features – Whitewashed brick wall in master bedroom, herringbone patterned tile backsplash in kitchen, and two-tone cabinetry are just a few of the upgrades. New LED lighting and stair railing also help accentuate the space.

RESULTS
