Chateau on Central – Model 2

It was time to build the next model for Chateau on Central. AFT had built a former model which sold in just over one week. They put pen to paper, worked with the Chateau sales team and a local designer, and came up with a fresh concept that embraces today’s urban client.

HIGHLIGHTS
Space Planning  – The team was able to create a new floor plan for Chateau 10 that opened up the stairwells, re-designed bathroom layouts with spa style amenities and created a very open, light and bright feeling.

Use of Color – The color palette plays on the lighter tones such as grays and whites while pulling in rich blues and a bit of black and cream.

Unique Features – A modern twist, Chateau 10 was created with features such as a large waterfall counter in the kitchen, back-lit walls, a welcoming foyer, barn door closures, wainscotting and trim work, and classic choice of materials.

RESULT
The most modern and sophisticated model yet, AFT was able to work successfully with the team to create this new residence that immediately drew attention and praise. The quality of construction, use of space and design were so popular that it sold in just 2 months. The expedited purchase never gave the sales team a chance to even move in. AFT has done it again.
