Arcadia in Silverleaf

Building this luxury home was such a rewarding experience for our clients. It was their first custom home built from the ground up. Our clients had worked diligently to build their business and were now in a position for the rewarding stage of life with their first custom home. There are no words to describe all of the details in this beautiful home. Nestled in the hills of DC Ranch of Scottsdale, Arizona, this home boasts just over six thousand square feet of an entertainer’s dream.

The back half of the house is almost all windows and doors that open up to bring that seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Two walls of glass open and pocket into the walls to more than double their gathering spaces. Its four bedrooms and six bathrooms accommodate our client’s guests perfectly. The attached casita, or what could be considered the guest wing, gives you great options when housing your out-of-towners.

The backyard is not to be overlooked with its large infinity edge pool, complete with a Baja shelf for lounging and a custom hammock that can be adjusted to keep you cool in or out of the water.
