State 48 Lager House – Scottsdale
State 48 Brewery expanded their restaurant/brewery concept to North Scottsdale and once again selected AFT Construction as their general contractor. Housed in a newly constructed shell building, the new Scottsdale location is approximately 8,000 sf and features a large bar, private party room, and a large selection of craft beers on tap.
State 48 Brewery DTPHX
State 48 Brewery expanded their restaurant/brewery concept to downtown Phoenix and needed a 8,500+ SF tenant improvement at the historic Welnick Arcade Market and Liefgreen Seed Company building. They wanted a truly urban space that reflected the downtown and city life where people could meet for locally brewed beer and a great meal.
Glenwood Development Company Corporate Office
Glenwood Development Company relocated their headquarters and hired AFT to completely remodel 3,000 SF of high-end office space.

Wallick and Volk relocated their corporate headquarters and hired AFT to completely redesign and remodel 10,000 SF of high end executive office space.
Volo Holdings Corporate Office
Purchased in 2011, this commercial building in the Scottsdale Airpark really needed a facelift. Designed for Volo Holdings, LLC, AFT began work on this 15,570 SF space to create a professional environment with two separate 3,000 SF office spaces, 4,000 SF retail space, and warehouse.
Orchard Eats needed a 3,025 square foot tenant improvement of an outdated former restaurant space. They wanted a clean, bright and inviting space that would showcase their fresh menu and become a favorite neighborhood eatery.
Happy Pets Palace & Playground
Happy Pets Palace & Playground needed tenant improvements to a 5,100 square foot retail space to open up a doggy daycare. The space included a large indoor area for dog kennels, play space, shampoo/grooming area, and outdoor dog run. The challenges were working within a fixed budget and retrofitting the existing space.
