Happy Pets Palace & Playground needed tenant improvements to a 5,100 square foot retail space to open up a doggy daycare. The space included a large indoor area for dog kennels, play space, shampoo/grooming area, and outdoor dog run. The challenges were working within a fixed budget and retrofitting the existing space.
Design & Accomodations
AFT worked with Happy Pets design parameters for a happy, friendly environment. Different kennels and outdoor spaces were needed to accommodate dogs of all sizes.
