We thought we would take a break from our regular blog postings and take a moment to introduce you to the amazing people that make up our team here at AFT Construction. The men and women that we will introduce you to over the next several postings are truly the heart and soul of the AFT Construction family, and their hard work and dedication are what make AFT Construction a premiere Scottsdale custom home builder. To kick this series off, we will introduce you to Adam Cade, our Project Manager. Adam has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and does a fantastic job leading our builds. Here is more about Adam.

What does your role entail? Preconstruction Estimating, Contracting
Past Experience/Background: Superintendent for Trend Homes 1998-2006, Project Manager for RLH Construction 2006-2013, Project Manager AFT Construction 2013 to Present.
What do you enjoy about working in the construction industry? I enjoy seeing our projects come to life and well as being able to show my children the project that their father helped construct.
What type of construction is your favorite? Residential construction
What do you enjoy about working for AFT Construction? I enjoy the people I work with on a daily basis. AFT Construction is my second family and I couldn’t ask for better coworkers.
What was your first job? My first job was a paper route.
Where were you born? Ogden, Utah
What advice would you give to someone who is considering a home remodel or building a new home? Finalize your design as much as possible prior to beginning construction.
Best advice you were ever given? If you’re going to do a job do it right.
Do you have any hidden talents? If I told you they wouldn’t be hidden.
When is the last time you climbed a tree? 10 years ago during my nephew’s birthday party.
