PROJECTOrchard Eats needed a 3,025 square foot tenant improvement of an outdated former restaurant space. They wanted a clean, bright and inviting space that would showcase their fresh menu and become a favorite neighborhood eatery.
Style – AFT worked with the client’s color scheme and design ideas to create the dining room, restroom and lighting designs. They opened up ceilings to give open up the space.
Health Codes – The space needed to be updated to meet current health codes, which AFT was able to do by adding updated electric and gas power capabilities.
Outdoors – An outdoor space was needed that can accommodate umbrellas and dining tables. A custom awning and bistro lighting was added to enhance the ambiance and finish off the design.
AFT took a dark, carpeted, outdated restaurant space and created a clean, bright and modern kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining spaces for Orchard Eats.
